Justice Williamson in
the High Court at Christchurch has rejected a Radio New Zealand application
to lift the suppression order on two exhibits produced as evidence before
five crèche workers were committed for trial. Radio New Zealand had asked the
High Court to overturn a District Court judge's suppression order on the
exhibits. |
