Ellis Appeal

IF THE hapless Phil Goff ever does see the light and agrees to Peter Ellis having leave to present his case to the privy council, then my humble advice to the redoubtable Judith Ablett Kerr would be that the very first piece of paper she puts in front of the learned m'luds would be a copy of Frank Haden's column on the issue (March 18). Never have I seen this case summed up for what it has been in such a watertight fashion.
