Ellis Injustice

When Peter Ellis is found not guilty (as he will be) and some attempt at recompense is made for his years of anguish and wrongful imprisonment, then surely Frank Haden will be deserving of some national award for the way he has kept a case of gross injustice before our eyes.

And maybe the Sunday Star-Times will then receive acknowledgement for the manner in which it has reminded us of two occasions when our justice system fell down: in the imprisonment of David Dougherty and Peter Ellis.
