Sirs, In regard to the Peter Ellis case. If there is unpublished evidence which may or not be relevant to the overturning of the conviction of Peter Ellis it should be made available to the court and public of New Zealand whereby its relevance can be fairly judged.

Not by the arrogance and conceit of a left wing Minister of Justice whose only interest is not offending the hysterical woman voters of
Christchurch

The impartiality of
New Zealand's famed system of justice is poorly served by such a minister.
