Flim Flam

Once more
the public has to face
Doubts raised about the Ellis case.
The prosecution chose to use
Those portions of the interviews
That helped their cause, but cast aside
Large chunks. It cannot be denied
That much left out would seem to shed
New light on what the children said.
He turned parole down and that ought
To make one pause - it's worth a thought.
Evidence being such a mess meant
Many seek a new assessment.
