Ablett Kerr: Research highlights flaws in interviews

The lawyer for the convicted paedophile Peter Ellis is asking for a Royal Commission of Inquiry into the case.

Ellis served seven years of a 10-year term for molesting children at the Christchurch Civic Creche, and was released in 2000 still protesting his innocence.

His lawyer Judith Ablett Kerr says new research highlights how flawed the child evidential interviews were.
