Newstalk ZB Justice Minister Simon Power has asked officials to look into a Commission of Inquiry into Peter Ellis' child abuse convictions. It follows a letter from Former National Party leader Don Brash, ex-MP Katherine Rich and Dunedin author Lynley Hood requesting consideration be given to the matter. Officials have been asked to give Mr Power background information and advice. He says he is keeping an open mind on the issue. |
