	The Dominion Post February 5 2008 Cocaine charge flagged Gary Gotlieb, the lawyer who defended Tea Ropati on sex charges, says the former rugby league international will not pursue a private prosecution against the complainant for using cocaine. Ropati was acquitted on six charges, including rape, with the complainant giving evidence during the trial that she taken the drug that night. Mr Gotlieb said that though some Ropati family members suggested taking a private prosecution there were no plans to do so.
