I am in receipt of a copy of the letter dated 12 January 2004 sent to you by
the Chief Legal Counsel of the Ministry of Justice, advising that the Ministry
has reconsidered its earlier decision to withhold the information at issue in
this case and releasing this information to you.
The decision to release this information follows the Ministry's consideration
of my provisional view on its earlier decision to withhold it. For your
information, I am enclosing a copy of my provisional view.
I have now concluded my investigation and informed the Ministry accordingly.
