Day of evidence from complainant in sexual assault
case The woman who claims she was
sexually assaulted by suspended assistant commissioner Clint Rickards and his
former colleagues Bob Schollum and Brad Shipton has spent the day giving
evidence in court. Her evidence has also faced
cross-examination for the first time today. It is alleged that Rickards,
Schollum and Shipton sexually assaulted the woman, who is now 39-years-old,
at a party in the 1980s. The court was adjourned this
afternoon when she broke down crying. |
