Suspended Assistant Police
Commissioner Clint Rickards The trial will continue at the
High Court in Mr Rickards, who is suspended, Brad
Shipton and Bob Schollum, deny charges of kidnapping and indecent assault on
a teenage girl in Rotorua in the early 1980s. Yesterday the Court was told that
they took the 16-year old girl screaming and struggling to a bedroom,
handcuffed her to a bed and indecently assaulted her with a bottle. The three men were acquitted last
year of raping Rotorua woman Louise Nicholas in the 1980s. |
