Rickards takes the stand Prosecutors in the trial of a high
ranking police officer accused of the sexual assault of a woman in the 1980s
have tried to paint him as a well-practised liar. Assistant police commissioner
Clint Rickards, along with former officers Brad Shipton and Bob Schollum are
accused of assaulting her in Rotorua in 1984.
