The jury in the High Court trial
of suspended assistant police comissioner Clint Rickards and two former
officers, has retired to consider 7-days of evidence. 46-year year old Rickards, along
with 48-year old Brad Shipton and 54-year old Bob Schollum have pleaded not
guilty. They are charged with kidnapping
and indecently assaulting a 16-year old girl in the mid 1980s. Justice Judith Potter told the
eight-man, four-woman jury that what others may've said outside court is
irrelevant in their deliberations. |
