Assistant Police Commissioner
Clint Rickards and former Police Officers Bob Schollum and Brad Shipton were
all found not guilty of kidnapping and indecently assaulting a woman in the 1980s
yesterday, but the outcome of the case has got the nation talking. Opinions are divided on whether or
not the jury should have known that two of the men were in jail for raping a
woman already and Rickards should be allowed to continue work as Assistant
Police Commissioner.
