A MAN is innocent until proven
guilty. Surely then a man imprisoned for a crime is guilty until proven
innocent? More and more it is creeping into
the press (March 14) that Peter Ellis is innocent. How do you think this
feels to his child victims? This man has been through the due
process of the law and was found guilty. Until the same due process has
found him innocent he remains guilty. Let us not make Peter Ellis into a hero
or a martyr until solid facts indicate this is so. |
