Another Ellis petition launched
A former Christchurch Civic Creche worker has
launched a second petition over the Peter Ellis case
There is now a second petition calling for a royal commission of enquiry into
the Peter Ellis case.
The petition, sponsored by former Christchurch Civic Creche worker Gaye
Davidson, follows that organised by author Lynley Hood and National MPs Don
Brash and Katherine Rich.
Ms Rich says the second petition is needed after a number of people missed
out on signing the first one.
A parliamentary committee has already agreed to hear the petitioners and look
into whether a commission of enquiry is justified.
