Wellington: Parliament returned from a two-week
recess when it sat at 2pm yesterday.
The petition of Gaye Davidson and 3346 others requesting the establishment of
a Royal Commission of Inquiry into the child abuse convictions of
Christchurch Civic Creche worker Peter Ellis was tabled.
