	Newstalk ZB August 10 2006; 11:44 Second appearance for league star The former Warriors and Kiwis league player accused of sexual violation has made a second court appearance in Auckland. The man's name suppression has been been continued with the judge reminding the media to make no mention of his current occupation and all personal details. The man's lawyer Gary Gottlieb says there are a number of reasons for suppression to continue and they will be outlined in a full hearing next Tuesday. There are three charges of sexual violation relating to an incident involving a woman on the 15th of June. The man was supported by several family members. He was remanded on bail until next week.
