	Newstalk ZB January 31 2008; 18:32 Cleared Tea Ropati back in court Tea Ropati has been cleared in one court battle but he now has other allegations to fight. The former rugby league international has been cleared of all six charges of sexual violation, including rape. The charges arose from incidents at an Auckland bar and nearby park in 2006. Mr Ropati is also facing drink driving charges, stemming from a recent incident, on which he will appear in court tomorrow. In a statement read by his lawyer, Garry Gotlieb, Mr Ropati says he has ongoing issues with alcohol to address. Ropati said he has failed those who looked up to him and respected his advice. Tea Ropati says his friends and family have been extraordinary throughout the gruelling trial process
