Complaint ‘bogus'
A 17-year-old Upper Hutt woman has been charged with making a false complaint
after she told police a man had forced his way into her home and raped her.
Detective Sergeant Murray Porter said the woman called police on Thursday and
gave a detailed description of an attacker and his car. She is due in Upper
Hutt District Court on Friday.
