	The Press November 6 2008 Woman charged over false assault complaint by Phil Hamilton Carys Monteath Crime scene: Police have roped off all alleyway near Cathedral Square as they investigate a sexual assault. A 21-year-old woman has been charged with making a false complaint following a claim of sexual assault in Christchurch overnight. Police had sealed off the lane between Cathedral Square and Hereford St following the alleged incident between 3am and 4am today. CIB Detective Simon Lamond said the woman would appear in court next week.
