	Newstalk ZB March 14 2006; 16:56 Jury still out in McGrath case The jury deciding the fate of a former Christchurch religious brother on sexual abuse charges, is still out. Seven men and five women are considering 44 charges against Bernard McGrath over allegations dating back to the 1970s at Marylands School. They have now spent more than 13 hours in deliberations and there is no sign yet of them reaching a decision No decision has yet been made on whether they will continue their deliberations this evening, or adjourn until tomorrow morning
