Sex trial jury still out

A High Court jury in Christchurch will begin a third day of deliberations today in the trial of former Catholic brother Bernard Kevin McGrath, 58, on historical child-sex charges. McGrath denies 44 charges of sodomy and indecency relating to 15 boys who were at Marylands, a residential school on the outskirts of Christchurch, in the mid-1970s.
