The man who sparked the
Waiouru Army cadet school inquiry says there will be civil and criminal
action taken over the abuse. Ian Fraser says he has
had angry feedback from former cadets, following the release yesterday of the
report which says there was bullying at the school, but no culture of
violence. He says the men feel
the report has been watered down as much as possible. He says judging from
the emails he has received today, the matter is far from over. Mr Fraser says the idea
that the bullying was no worse than that which occurred in boarding schools
at the time is nonsense. |
