Pupil alleges indecent assault

A Hamilton teacher has been charged with
indecently assaulting a pupil at his school. Detective Chief Inspector Rex
Miller, of Hamilton CIB, said the victim of the alleged assault on Monday
afternoon was an 11-year-old boy. The 37-year-old male teacher was to appear
in Hamilton District Court today. It was possible further charges in respect
of other pupils could be laid.
