I
write regarding your article about John Edgar (April 29). I was disgusted by
a comment made by one of his fellow teachers about his sexuality. So what if
he is homosexual? My daughter's teacher is heterosexual. Does that mean she
can be any less careful about how she interacts with her students? I think
not. I have never met Dr Edgar but congratulate him on his not guilty
verdict. It's just a shame our children are losing another excellent teacher.
I also believe all parents should teach their children the difference between
the truth and lies. (Abridged) |
