The trial of former Rotorua
detective John Dewar has been stalled by a sick juror. John Dewar is appearing in the
High Court in Hamilton facing four charges of attempting to obstruct the
course of justice relating to Louise Nicholas' rape complaints in the early
1990s. Justice Hansen will decide
tomorrow whether to go ahead with just 11 jurors. |
