A retrial has been scheduled
for the only man among four who successfully appealed against a rape
conviction that was the result of an incident 17 years ago. The appeals of
the other three were dismissed, and the names of all four suppressed in the
meantime. The man who won a retrial is due to appear in court on November 20
for the case against him to be heard again. |
