The legal system got it wrong yet
again. Here we have a Taranaki male doctor who is accused of multiple sex
offences but has thus far managed to get his name suppressed, I suppose
thanks to his expensive legal representation. Society has an undisputed right to
be fully informed of alleged sexual assault allegations made against this
individual, irrespective of his perceived status. How dare the court treat this
particular individual differently than any other alleged sex offender?
