Police are
investigating a rape allegation against a taxi driver in the Wellington
suburb of Johnsonville. A 22-year-old woman got
into a white taxi in Courtney Place and was taken to Johnsonville where she
was raped by the driver. Inspector Peter Stokes
says he wants to hear from members of the public who saw a white taxi parked
in Arthur Carmen Street in Johnsonville between 8 and 9am Saturday. |
