Police are revealing
few details of what happened to a woman who was abducted from the Wellington
suburb of Berhampore on Wednesday night. Acting Detective
Sergeant Brendan Mears says the 26-year-old woman, partly clothed and
bruised, managed to escape near Wilton House but the men caught her and she
then escaped a second time. He says she is very
distressed by the incident. Brendan Mears says the
woman was treated by a doctor for some injuries but did not require admission
to hospital. |
