The Press No evidence of drugs had been
found in the blood and urine of the Cromwell woman who alleged she was
drugged and raped last month, police said after studying the results of a
toxicology report. Detective Gary Hyndman, of Cromwell, said no charges would
be laid because there was insufficient evidence.
