Self-employed Patea man Andrew
Kahu (53) had his case dismissed when he appeared in the New Plymouth
District Court yesterday. Kahu had denied one charge of sexual violation by
rape and three charges of indecent assault. Crown prosecutor Justin Marinovich
offered no evidence before the jury case started. Judge Louis Bidois
discharged Kahu.
