A jury in the New Plymouth
District Court last night found a Stratford man not guilty of committing four
sexual offences on his daughter, but they could not reach a decision on one
indecent assault charge. The 40-year-old man had been charged with four
counts of indecent assault and one of sexual violation by rape against his
daughter. He is on bail until October 16 for a re-trial on the undecided
sexual assault charge. |
