Police have yet to decide whether
to charge a man with making a false complaint after he claimed that he was
abducted in Christchurch on Friday. After an initial investigation, the man,
21, was interviewed again and admitted making a false complaint, police said.
The man at first claimed that he had been forced into a car by another man
about 3.30pm in Gresford St, in the suburb of Richmond. |
