It is encouraging to see the subject of false
rape allegations discussed in the article Rape: what motivates a false
complaint? (January 16).
The article stated that COSA (Casualties of False Sexual Allegations) has
disbanded, and though this is true for the Auckland-based group, COSA New
Zealand Incorporated continues, based in Christchurch. Our pamphlets are available
from the organisation and Citizens Advice Bureau offices, and details of our
activities are on our website.
