A spokesperson for the Male
Survivors of Sexual Abuse Trust says he is pleased that common sense has
prevailed and that the Catholic clergmen accused of sexually abusing boys in
Christchurch can be extradited to New Zealand. A ruling from the Federal Court in
Sydney has today overturned an earlier judgement preventing the extradition. John Prince says the men who say
they were abused are very relieved that Brother Rodger Moloney and Father
Raymond Garchow will stand trial in New Zealand
