Jurors revisit video evidence

A jury hearing the trial of a Horowhenua school teacher charged with indecent assault will revisit video evidence from one of the complainants this morning.

The trial of Michael Neville is being held at the Palmerston North District Court.

The jury of ten women and two men was out for seven hours before retiring late last night.

Neville is accused of indecently touching four pupils he was teaching.

The jury has requested to see the videotaped evidence of one complainant again and the transcript of the cross examination of the same girl will be read to them this morning.

The girl's account is central to the Crown's case.
