	Newstalk ZB February 11 2005 Rape-accused apply for trial move Four men accused of a historical rape at Mount Maunganui are applying for their trial to be moved to Auckland. The rape, sexual violation, and abduction charges relate to an incident alleged to have occurred in January 1989. The four accused have pleaded not guilty and have interim name suppression. The application is taking place this afternoon in the High Court at Auckland.
