	The Press September 3 2005 Rape appeal A fourth man found guilty of pack- raping a woman at Mount Maunganui 16 years ago has filed an appeal against his conviction and seven-year jail term. Peter Mana McNamara, 47, of Tauranga, was the last of the men to appeal. The Court of Appeal has not yet set a date for hearing the four cases.
